Michael
Michael is our fearless leader and a fierce protector of the Nate’s brand. As the CEO of Nate’s parent co., Sweet Harvest Foods, he leads and encourages our team to be the very best in every aspect of our business, so Nate’s remains the queen bee in the honey industry. Michael is excited about the future of Nate’s honey, nourishing every home and every occasion and giving back to communities across the U.S. in a way that is as sweet and pure as our honey.
Matt
Matt knows more about honey bees than anyone, which is a relief since he is the President and Head Beekeeper of Nate’s Hives. Matt cares for our 3+ billion honey bees like nobody else, and yes, that’s billion with a B! You can find Matt in the field or thinking about the field and how we can make the lives of our honey bees even sweeter. Whether it’s technique or technology, his work betters their lives and makes Nate’s honey even better in the process.
Becca
How did Nate’s honey get all this hype?! Let us introduce you to Becca, our SVP of marketing and innovation, and the heart of our brand. She’s the one behind the scenes who never stops thinking about honey. The past 9+ years, she’s led our marketing team to change the way people think about honey and now leading innovation, to change the way people use honey in their favorite foods (and drinks, and functional foods, and beauty regimes…)
Cristy
Cristy cares about our honey bees, but don’t tell them she cares even more about the people behind them. As our Chief People Officer, she makes sure we have the right team, and they’re supported at work and home. One of the OGs, she’s been with Nate’s for more than 10 years.
Drew
Drew still talks about his MySpace days, which is why he’s in charge of sales and not marketing. And since we know he wouldn’t share it himself, we’ll add a humble brag on his behalf: He’s the reason you see our honey on shelves everywhere across the country. He’s our SVP of Sales and expanding our distribution whether it be in new retailers or with new SKUs on shelf.
Haley
Nobody knows our bright orange (and our brand) better than Haley. She is a mama bear in protecting it, which is exactly what we need from our Director of Brand Management. From labels, to making sure our brand stays relevant today, to understanding what our fans want from products tomorrow, Haley is our go-to Nate’s expert and has been for more than 10 years.
Jeff
As our Chief Financial Officer, Jeff and his team guide us from bottom line, to top line and every line in between. They support every department at Nate’s, Nate’s Hives and our parent co., Sweet Harvest Foods, and work hard to give our retailers the best product at the best price to pass on to our customers. You might say they’re busy little bees, but let’s reserve that talk for the actual honey bees.
Jordan
If retail media were a sport, Jordan would be undefeated. If it’s on shelf, on screen or in a cart, our beloved Director of Shopper Marketing had something to do with it. And if that shopper marketing program isn’t performing? Give Jordan five minutes.
Kate
Honey hype squad, meet your Gen Z leader. One day she’s in a buyer meeting, the next she’s running influencer collabs—while doubling as an in-house creator herself. As our Shopper Marketing Specialist, trend translator and Gen Z ambassador, Kate keeps Nate’s fresh, relevant and very online.
Laudi
Laudi’s dad was one of Nate’s first brand ambassadors, handing out honey on Florida beaches, so you could say honey runs in the family. Now Laudi’s our Director of Sales, spreading the sweetness in his own way by bringing more retailers into the Nate’s family during the day and winding down the night with his favorite bedtime snack—yogurt & manuka honey.
Mary
Mary’s idea of fun? Doing data gymnastics. As our Category Manager, she turns shopper insights into strategy and spreadsheets into storytelling. As a self-proclaimed “Honey Know It All,” she’s currently on a mission to make honey a household staple.
Natalie
Natalie is our innovation compass, blending food science with innovation wizardry to keep our five-year pipeline buzzing. Our Senior Director of Innovation loses sleep over product performance and packaging perfection. If you hear someone muttering about shelf stability and sensory scores, it’s probably Natalie solving tomorrow’s problems today.
Paul
Paul’s from Wisconsin, so naturally he’s got cheese in his veins and sales in his soul. Whether he’s closing deals or tailgating in green and gold, Paul brings full-on energy and Midwest charm. If you’ve seen our honey in a new store lately, odds are this Area Sales Manager had something to do with it.
Prashanth
Honey missing from the shelf? Not on this guy’s watch. Prashanth is our Chief Operations Officer, keeping Nate’s honey stocked and making our quality standards better than ever. He balances exceptional production experts with the latest automation processes (including a few fancy robots) to make sure every bottle meets our fans’ expectations.
Taira
Taira is our resident honey whisperer and food scientist extraordinaire. When she’s not teaching honey 101 or inventing the next buzz-worthy product, our Food Scientist is deep in thought about fructose-to-glucose ratios, moisture content and the existential dread of crystallization. If you see her staring into a jar of honey, she’s probably solving a molecular mystery.
Taylor
Think you can live without honey? Taylor’s here to show you why it doesn’t really count as living without that delicious drizzle. As our Senior Director of Marketing, her team on social, on web and in customer care is making sure you remember to pour Nate’s honey on everything.
