Ingredients
- Salt & vinegar chips (about 3-4 cups)
- ½ cup crème fraiche
- 1 Tbsp minced shallots
- 2 Tbsp chopped chives
- 1 small container of caviar
- Nate’s Sea Salt Honey, for drizzling
Directions
Spread the salt & vinegar chips out on a serving plate (or enjoy it straight from the bag!).
Add the crème fraiche, minced shallots and chives into separate small bowls.
Spoon a tiny dollop of the crème fraîche onto a chip, top with the minced shallots, chives and caviar, and drizzle with Nate’s Sea Salt Honey. Enjoy!
