Ingredients
- 1 shot espresso
- 1 tsp matcha
- ¼ cup warm water
- 2-4 Tbsp Nate’s Organic 100% Pure Honey
- Ice
- ¾ cup milk of choice
Directions
Prepare your espresso and set aside to cool.
Prepare your matcha by whisking together the matcha and ¼ cup of warm water in a W motion until frothy.
Add honey and whisk until dissolved. Pour into a glass to cool.
Fill matcha glass with ice and slowly add milk of choice, leaving room for the espresso shot.
Carefully pour in your espresso. Pouring it directly onto an ice cube will slow it down and help make the gradient.
