Golden Mango Chia Pudding

This Golden Mango Chia Pudding is creamy, lightly sweet and full of fresh tropical flavor. Naturally sweetened with Nate’s Honey and blended with ripe mango, it’s an easy make‑ahead recipe that works just as well for breakfast as it does for a simple, feel‑good snack.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup ripe mango, cut into chunks (or 1 cup frozen mango chunks, thawed)
  • 1 ½ cups yogurt of your choice, divided
  • 1 ½ cups milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp – ¼ cup Nate’s Organic 100% Pure Honey
  • ½ – 1 tsp turmeric powder, optional
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp shredded coconut, for serving, optional

Directions

Combine the mango, half the yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons honey and turmeric (if using) in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste and add more honey if needed!

Pour the blended mixture into a large bowl and stir in the chia seeds with a fork, mixing well to evenly distribute them.

Cover and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to fully thicken.

Once thickened, give it a final stir, serve & enjoy! Or layer it with yogurt, additional mango and a sprinkle of coconut if desired!
