Ingredients
  • 2 slices bread (any type)
  • 1 oz shredded mozzarella
  • 1 oz mozzarella pearls
  • 3 prosciutto slices
  • Fresh basil to taste
  • 1 Tbsp pesto
  • 1 Tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey

Directions

Spread butter on the outside of the bread.  Add cheese, prosciutto and basil to one slice of bread.

Add pesto and honey to the other slice of bread and top with the other half.

Toast in a skillet or press in a panini press. Enjoy!
