How to Recycle Nate’s Honey Products

Nate's Honey portfolio image.

At Nate’s Honey, we design our packaging to be as recyclable as possible, because the highest-quality, best-tasting honey should come with less waste. Recycling programs vary by location, so always check with your local recycler for specific acceptance rules.

Steps to recycling:

1. Empty & Clean

  • Make sure containers are completely empty and rinse out any remaining honey or food residue to help prevent contamination

2. Sort & Recycle Correctly

  • Place items loose in the recycling bin (don’t bag unless required locally)
  • Follow any sorting instructions provided by your recycler

Good to know:

  • Labels do not need to be removed unless your local recycler requires it
  • If part of the packaging isn’t accepted as recycling in your area:
    • Dispose of it responsibly in the trash
    • Reuse containers where safe and appropriate
